Holiday Market Shop – Artist Application

The Holiday Market Shop in the Galleria Plaza will be open Nov 23-Dec. 24 for a total of 18 days. (Click here for more information on the Holiday Market shop). The Bee Cave Arts Foundation will participate in the festivities with our own Holiday Artist Shop in the Plaza. Twenty-four artists will be selected to sell high quality handmade items in the store and we are looking for a wide variety of items to sell.
We will have a paid attendant to handle all sales.
Artist will be required to volunteer in the store for 8 hours as support sales staff. Applicants must be a member of the Bee Cave Arts Foundation; To become a member go to http://beecavearts.org/bc/get-involved/become-a-member/($20-$30)

20% of sales will be contributed to the Bee Cave Arts Foundation.

Store Set up

Each artist will be assigned a shelf or hanging area in our store at the Plaza.
Each shelf measures 3 ft x 1 ½ ft.
Each hanging area measures 2ft x 2 ½ ft.

To apply to the Juried Holiday Store:

Submit application and $10 fee below according to this schedule:

  • Oct 27, 2019 – Application Due
  • October 28-29, 2019 – Selection committee will view images and select 24 artists
  • October 30, 2019 – Artist notification *Selected artists will be required to pay $145 for associated store expenses. This averages out to $1.50 per hour for the 96 hours of store operation.
  • Store opens Nov 23-Dec. 24 for 18 days/96 hours of operation
