Summer Art Camp Week 3

June 15 @ 9:00 am - June 19 @ 4:00 pm

Youth Art Camp focused on experimentation, creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Students will think, plan, play & create art! 4 Class options available for the week.

Morning Options: 9 AM -12 Noon

1. Film & Digital Art (Elementary School Age Campers) *class available during additional times

Use digital tablets, laptops and Adobe products to make digital art and movies! Write your script, make props, film your scenes and make your mark! Technology is provided but you are welcome to bring your own tablet. Tablets should be able to run Adobe apps Sketch, Photoshop Mix, Premiere Rush and/or Autodesk SketchBook. Please download and install. A Digital Pencil or a stylus is recommended.

2. Giant Sculptures (Middle School Age Campers)

Learn how to build a large-scale papier mache sculpture using chicken wire as an armature. Students will be guided through planning and creating of the armature, filling out with tissue paper, then papier mache, and finishing with acrylic paint and sealer.

Afternoon Options: 1pm – 4pm

3. Art Adventures (Elementary School Age) *class available during additional times

For Young Artists That Wants To Do Everything. Draw, paint, sculpt, print, and much more. Each week you will have the opportunity to discover a variety of materials and solve creative challenges to make your artistic masterpieces. Different projects every session. Art Exhibition for family and friends every Friday!
